Solid Surface is made up of acrylic clear white powder ATH extracted from Bauxite Ore and then converted into a plain white powder-like Aluminum Trihydrate. It involves 60 – 65% inorganic materials. To form a basic mixture, the Aluminum powder is mixed with high-performance acrylic into resin-like raw materials, which basically forms a batter-like substance or thing which is further molded and refined. The main production or manufacturing process of Solid Surface involves a vacuum blower, mixer, and thermoforming machine.
